What is Premium WordPress Support?

Premium WordPress Support is a team of several WordPress consultants. We provide consulting services related to theme and plugin development, WordPress performance and security best practices, code review of existing plugins and customizations. Our team has contributed themes, plugins and patches to the WordPress ecosystem where members actively participate in support forums and online communities with other top notch WordPress experts.

Could you build a plugin/theme from scratch for me?

Yes, we specialize in WordPress plugin and theme development, and we follow the latest trends provided by the core WordPress team. We keep ourselves up to date by reading core WordPress commits, conducting code reviews on plugins and themes, participating in the WordPress Theme Reviewers Team, attending regular WordCamps around the world and giving sessions at WordCamps, meetups and Web related conferences as well.

How much does a consulting gig cost?

The sample pricing table covers most of it. However, due to the constant amount of work from our loyal regular clients we need to discuss the timing for your job.

My issue is a bit specific. Is there anything you can’t or won’t do?

We are technically prepared to cover the entire WordPress ecosystem. There are several circumstances under which we could decline an offer:

  • you are not aware of what exactly do you need
  • you have no requirements listed (we prefer a specification or at least a well-structured complete document with requirements)
  • your budget is $50 for a 10-hours job (there’s nothing we could do except for redirecting you to the oDesk slides one of our consultants had built for a meetup)
  • you need it immediately and we’re fully booked at that moment
  • you have a two-hour job that requires a three-hour chat for a warm up

We try to be professional, but we also work with business professionals. If you’re willing to take your business seriously, assign tasks firmly and clearly, ensure that we have a proper access to your system to be able to fix it, then we would be happy to spend some time from our WordPress-driven daily (or nightly) schedule and polish your site or product.
