In this article, we will demonstrate to you how to display plugin and theme information on your WordPress site. The first thing you need to do is install and activate the WP Plugin Info Card plugin and simply create a new post or edit an existing one. You will see a new plugin info card button on the post editor screen. It will bring up the plugin’s shortcode generator popup by clicking it. You should pick whether you need to get the information for a plugin or a theme. This plugin can just show information for plugins and themes that are hosted on the official WordPress.org site. Then, you have to enter the plugin or theme’s URL slug. You can get the URL slug by visiting the theme or plugin’s page on the WordPress directory. On the other hand, you can choose plugin’s color scheme, info card alignment and custom image URL. Click on the OK button if you think you are satisfied with the settings. You will be able to see now you post in a web browser to check the info card in action.
